There has been a lot of talk about the Antarctic losing ice in the western part and on the Antarctic Peninsula. However, studies have shown that it is also gaining ice in the east. So does this mean that there is a rise in the sea level due to the amount of ice that Antarctica is losing or is it from some other source? Or is the Antarctic taking away ice from other, northern locations. Scientists are not in agreement about all of this, however, they all do agree that either way, it can cause problems.
